The ICMA Annual Conference is the largest annual event in the world for local government managers and staff. Each year, ICMA offers an abundance of educational, information-sharing, and networking tools to help public executives manage their communities in today’s complex environment.

The City of Sugar Land has used CPSM successfully since the fall of 2016. CPSM completed their work, presenting over 20 suggestions for improvement in our Fire Department Overtime Exposure. After that positive experience, we decided to retain CPSM to do a complete management study of the Fire Department.
